[Post-traumatic arteriovenious fistula of the posterior fossa (author's transl)].

The authors report a case of post-traumatic arterioveinous fistula of the dura-mater associated with an extradural hematoma of the posterior fossa. The traumatic nature of the lesion is confirmed by the presence of an occipital fracture facing the fistule responsable for the extradural hematoma. The authors have found on similar case citied in the literature (11).
