Analysis of crossingover in man.

N E Morton.

Abstract

Methods for constructing maps of male and female recombination are reviewed, including reporting of raw data, construction of standard lod tables, and analysis of heterogeneity. Chiasma distributions, physical assignments, nondisjunction, and chromosomal rearrangements are considered.
