Abstract
Granulocyte colony-stimulating factor is a glycoprotein that promotes the proliferation and differentiation of neutrophils. It also results in an increase in circulating hematopoietic progenitor cells. We describe two cases of extramedullary hematopoiesis in patients receiving granulocyte colony-stimulating factor with chemotherapy for metastatic breast cancer.Entities:
