Abstract
Several novel immunosuppressive agents have been developed in recent years. They exhibited not only remarkable immunosuppressive potency but also side effects. They are still short of the final goal in terms of immunosuppression for organ transplantation. Combination treatment is more effective and safer to use, and it will prevail in the future.Mesh:
