Abstract
Cardiac sequelae account for the major morbidity and mortality related to Kawasaki disease, and subclinical myocarditis is a frequent finding. The unusual finding of ventricular arrhythmia in a 2.5-year-old patient during the acute phase of Kawasaki disease is reported. The arrhythmia resolved during empirical treatment with oral steroids.Entities:
