Abstract
Primary lymphoma of bone is uncommon, and initial involvement of the calvarium is rare. We describe two cases originating as enlarging skull masses subsequently shown to involve the bony calvarium, extracranial soft tissues, and intracranial structures. Open biopsy revealed non-Hodgkin's lymphoma, large cell type, in both cases. A review of the pertinent literature follows.Entities:
