Dissociation of delayed-type hypersensitivity from acquired murine resistance to Brucella suis.

A Escande, A Cannat, A Serre.

Abstract

Mouse pretreatment with cyclophosphamide or acetoacetylation of the vaccinating fraction "PI" lead to a dissociation between enhanced anti-PI DTH responses and normal or depressed acquired resistance to an infective challenge with Brucella suis.
