Abstract
The usability of the atomic-absorption spectrophotometric method by Lötterle (1980) for the iron determination in hemoglobin measurement was investigated and the method compared with the photometric Hb measurement. It was shown by investigations with blood, decayed at room temperature, that the deviation from the results in fresh blood and the coefficient of variation of the single results are lower than in the Cyan-Met-Hb method, and that this is highly significant.Entities:
