Abstract
The present case report clearly establishes nitrofurantoin as a cause for erythema nodosum (EN), presenting with serum sickness-like symptoms, typical and atypical EN skin lesions, and pseudo-splinter hemorrhages in a patient with documented mitral valve prolapse.Entities:
