Abstract
A case of female urethral leiomyoma is presented. Due to its site of origin, at the bladder neck, the clinical picture resembled that of male prostatic median lobe enlargement. TUR was performed successfully and the authors feel that this should be considered the procedure of choice for leiomyomas arising in the proximal female urethra.Entities:
