Abstract
Following subcutaneous therapy with heparin, the patient developed signs and symptoms of vascular occlusion in both legs. This was accompanied by thrombocytopenia and platelet aggregation when the patient's platelets were incubated with heparin. The clinical features and implications of this syndrome are discussed.Entities:
