Abstract
A technique of anterior strut grafting for the management of kyphosis is presented. The procedure consists of rotating a rib on its intact intercostal blood supply and then keying it in over the appropriate length of spine to be fused. This technique appears to be an attractive alternative to an avascular rib or fibula allograft where a graft fracture may develop during the process of bony consolidation.Entities:
