L J Cohen, R J Sukov, W Boswell, G Ashor.

Abstract

Spontaneous aorto-caval fistulas are uncommon. Two cases are presented, and the angiographic findings are discussed. The diagnosis may be confirmed by simultaneous opacification of an abdominal aortic aneurysm and the inferior vena cava.
