Localized amyloidosis of the urethra: report of a case.

Abstract

A case is presented of distal urethral obstruction caused by localized amyloidosis. Only 10 such cases have been reported previously. Because of the high degree of obstruction immediate biopsy and internal urethrotomy were done.
