[Bilateral post-traumatic stenosis of the internal carotid arteries. A case report and follow-up (author's transl)].

Bilateral stenosis of the internal carotid arteries in their extracranial pathway was observed in patient following a road accident. Arteriography was repeated on three occasions, and demonstrated regression of the lesions with complete recovery and lack of sequelae without the need for surgical intervention.
