Pseudoarthrosis in ankylosing spondylitis.

Abstract

Pseudoarthrosis of the spine in ankylosing spondylitis consists of a fracture through the intervertebral disc and neural arch. There is vertebral body end-plate destruction with adjacent bony sclerosis.
