Abstract
Two cases of late reconstruction of the orbit in which there had been moderate disruption of orbital anatomy are presented. Emphasis is given to correction of superior sulcus deformity by implantation of a light, porous biocompatible alloplastic material--Proplast. Surgical technique is described and considerations are offered for selecting patients for this procedure.Entities:
