Abstract
An operation to correct "chubby" cheeks is described. The technique is simple and safe and gives predictable results. The buccal lipectomy may be performed by itself or as an adjunct to other facial cosmetic surgery. No permanent complications were experienced in 9 patients over a three and a half-year period.Entities:
