Abstract
A 28-year-old turner presented with bilateral posterior fracture-dislocation of the shoulders following an epileptic seizure. He was treated by open reduction of the humeral heads and fixation of the oblique fractures with screws. At the follow-up examination 2 years postoperatively shoulder mobility was satisfactory, and the patient could return to his previous work.Entities:
