Abstract
A 53-year-old man with a traumatic dural arteriovenous fistula between the middle meningeal artery and the adjacent cortical vein is reported. The lesion was absent on the initial angiogram after his head injury and was first recognized nine months later. It enlarged during the succeeding ten months. Symptoms were convulsions and a transient aphasic episode. Surgical repair was successful.Entities:
