Abstract
Two cases of gonococcal endocarditis and their clinical features have been described. This uncommon disease typically presents in a subacute fashion but may progress to a rapidly destructive, lethal process within days. We therefore recommend a conservative approach to therapy for disseminated gonococcal infection.Entities:
