Abstract
A case of the falx tumor of a 60-year-old man is reported. The tumor consisted of a pleomorphic mixture of lymphoid cells, histiocytes, atypical reticulum cells, and bizarre giant cells, including the diagnostic Reed-Sternberg cells. No transitional forms among these cells were observed. This is the first report of primary Hodgkin's disease of the dura matter, as verified by complete necropsy.Entities:
