Abstract
Sarcolemmal osmiophilic deposits were demonstrated by electron microscopy in the striated muscle of a patient who developed viral hepatitis associated myositis. HBsAg, IgG, and C3 were found in the same location, suggesting that the deposits represent immune complexes and the primary cause of myositis.Entities:
