Abstract
The semimembranosus tendon was successfully used as a posterior cruciate ligament substitute in a 27-year-old man who sustained an isolated tear of the ligament. Two years after the operation, he has no feeling of instability, and has normal hamstring strength, power, and endurance as tested on the Cybex II dynamometer.Entities:
