Abstract
This is a report of a gastric perforation secondary to a metastasis from a primary squamous cell carcinoma of the lung in a 70-year-old white man who was being treated with cimetidine for a presumed benign gastric ulcer. The literature concerning bronchogenic carcinoma metastasizing to the stomach and small bowel is reviewed, and the effect of cimetdine on malignant gastric ulcers is discussed.Entities:
