Abstract
A unusual case of choledochal cyst in an adult presenting as acute pancreatitis is described. Subsequent evaluation by ERCP revealed two atypical features, involvement of the cystic duct (proximal dilatation) and a long (six times normal) intrapancreatic common channel, which may be etiologically related to the pancreatitis.Entities:
