Abstract
A further case of IgE myeloma in a 65 year old woman was described. An unusual picture was found in the urine where two IgE fragments, namely an incomplete Fc fragment and an IgE specific Fab fragment were excreted. The clinical picture supports the suggestion that IgE myelomas are very heterogenous.Entities:
