Abstract
A case of cervical cancer complicated by a pelvic kidney is described. The management of the pelvic kidney with its aberrant blood supply and a short ureter is discussed. We recommend that the pelvic kidney be moved to an area outside of the field of radiation therapy or that a nephrectomy be performed in the patient who is to be treated definitively with radiation therapy.Entities:
