Upper extremity hypertrophy secondary to neurofibromatosis: a case report.

Abstract

A case of neurofibromatosis causing diffuse elephantoid hypertrophy of an upper limb is described. Infiltration by tumor mass led to disruption of the carpus and dislocation of the hand.
