Baclofen in treatment of the 'stiff-man' syndrome.

Abstract

A 36-year-old diabetic man with the stiff-man syndrome previously treated with diazepam improved dramatically when baclofen was added to the regimen. Cyclobenzaprine had no therapeutic effect.
