Abstract
A technique is presented for rapid C-banding of eukaryotic chromosomes with pinacyanol chloride. This technique has given excellent definition and clarity to chromosome bands in plant and animal chromosomes. In permanent mounts the chromosomes did not fade after storage for up to two years.Entities:
