Granulomatous angiitis of the central nervous system with an unusual angiographic feature.

Abstract

The case of a patient with granulomatous angiitis of the central nervous system is presented. This patient displayed the distinctly unusual feature of intracranial aneurysms. The possible etiology of granulomatous angiitis as well as its histopathologic, pathophysiologic, and angiographic features are discussed.
