Abstract
A single-dose intramuscular injection of cephamandole (1.0 g) is effective in eliminating cephamandole-sensitive microorganisms from the urinary tract. Single-dose therapy cured 70% of infections in a group of 46 patients, 56% of whom showed abnormalities on pyelography. Local pain was not a problem, provided lignocaine was added to the injection.Entities:
