Abstract
A tubulovillous adenoma of the duodenum with a predominant villous pattern in a child aged 11 years underwent malignant change, causing obstructive jaundice, and was diagnosed by percutaneous transhepatic cholangiography. Two of the patient's 9 siblings had previously died of cancer. A review of villous tumours of the duodenum is given.Entities:
