Abstract
Angiodysplasia is a common cause of large-bowel bleeding in elderly patients, and chronic iron deficiency anaemia is usually the presenting symptom. Angiodysplasia is sometimes associated with aortic stenosis and other valvular defects. It is diagnosed arteriographically and treated by right hemicolectomy.Entities:
