Abstract
The myelographic and computed tomographic findings in 10 patients with diastematomyelia were reviewed. In all patients, including seven with osseous spurs, the hemicords were smaller than the normal cord above or below the cleft. The narrow hemicords distinguish diastematomyelia from diplomyelia.Entities:
