Abstract
We describe 3 children in whom thrombosis of the spermatic vein vessels caused swelling of the spermatic cord and epididymis with edema of the scrotum. Venography of the spermatic vein demonstrated the thrombosis and, therefore unnecessary exploration was avoided.Entities:
