Abstract
A patient with atpical fibroxanthoma is presented. This histiocytoid tumor occurs mainly in elderly patients in light-exposed skin. Recurrences were seen in approximately 10% of all published cases, but metastases to the regional lymph nodes were noticed in 1% only.Entities:
