Abstract
Twenty-three children of the age group 6 to 12 years with fractures of the femur were treated with rushpin and pelvis-leg cast. The limitations for the indications are shown up, the way of treatment and the results obtained are being demonstrated. In certain cases the way of treatment described proved to be technically simple. Even in patients with severe dislocations the results were good and the method can be recommended for further use.Entities:
