Abstract
A 22-year-old woman presented with nasal dragging of the disc and nasal ectopia of the macula due to persistent hyaloid vessels. The causes of this entity are presented. Patients with strabismus should have ophthalmoscopic fundus exam to rule out ectopic maculae.Entities:
