Abstract
A 37-year-old man, who had been undergoing hemodialysis for nine years, had severe osteodystrophy with a consequent 28-cm locc in height. This shrinkage in size is probably secondary to tertiary hyperparathyroidism. In spite of two previous explorations, there is still evidence of hyperparathyroidism and his present condition precludes surgical intervention.Entities:
