Abstract
A third case of chondrodysplasia punctata after exposure to warfarin alone in early pregnancy is described. The clinical course of the child during the first 18 months is outlined. The use of warfarin in early pregnancy must be avoided because of its established teratogenic effects in causing this syndrome, in addition to an overall increase in perinatal mortality.Entities:
