Abstract
A method for the manual determination of glucose in hemolysate is described. Both hexokinase/G6P-DH (e.g. Glucoquant) and glucose dehydrogenase can be used as reagents. The two methods correlate satisfactorily with an approved method. Correlation with an automated method: Gluc-DH: r = 0,98323; hexokinase/G6P-DH: r = 0,94172.Entities:
