Abstract
A case of congenital chloride diarrhoea with metabolic alkalosis is reported in a 9-year-old boy who has intractable chronic diarrhoea with large watery stools from birth. Balance studies confirm the high fecal loss of chloride and the close relationship between chloride intake and fecal losses of electrolytes.Entities:
