Inflammatory aneurysm of the abdominal aorta.

Abstract

Inflammatory aneurysms of the abdominal aorta are an uncommon variant of the arteriosclerotic variety. They are characterized by a perivascular peel of inflamed fibrous tissue. The radiographic appearance of such a case is presented.
