Anatomy of tricuspid atresia and its relevance to current forms of surgical therapy.

Abstract

An anatomical study of 33 postmortem specimens of tricuspid atresia from two children's hospitals was carried out in order to identify the relative frequency of the various disease entities and associated malformations. Particular emphasis was placed on teh relevance to surgical therapy.
