Abstract
An unusual primary papillary renal pelvic tumor associated with calcareous uropathy was found in a young girl and was diagnosed, using light microscopy, as a papillary adenocarcinoma; electron microscopy showed similarities between the tumor-cell type and the cells normally found lining the collecting tubules or ducts of Bellini. The patient has been free of recurrence over a five year follow-up period.Entities:
