Abstract
Using a new method for repair of large hernias at the colonic stoma site, the old abdominal incision is reopened and prosthetic mesh sutured in place aseptically. The colon is led off and secured to the lateral part of the abdominal wall creating a flap valve that makes recurrence unlikely.Entities:
