Abstract
Rare benign angiomyxomatous tumors of the umbilical cord, associated with a macerated stillbirth, are described. Only 12 cases of vascular tumor of the cord have been reported and only 2 of these were associated with fetal death. The histopathology of this unusual tumor is presented together with a review of the literature.Entities:
