Abstract
The chemotherapeutic effectiveness of prospidine monotherapy on the Sarcoma 180 implanted i.m. was compared with several prospidine/inosine combinations. The chemotherapeutic action of the combination was enhanced overadditively when inosine was given 6 h after prospidine. This particular combination caused not only a significant curative action and tumor inhibition as compared with prospidine monotherapy, but also decreased the toxic effects.Entities:
